A strong personality or a strongly opinionsted one does not make someone a poor coach or unprofessional.
I would say he is partially there to learn.
Just because others did not agree with him or were not able for his standards does not make him a bad person. I think thats been a factor in alot of it. People struggled to meet his ambition and work rate. So it was easy to say he was a trouble maker due to him taking on Frank. And when you have Franks men in on management you know the word in the ear is negative.
