Clare v Cork - GAA Hurling All Ireland Senior Championship 2013 Final - Replay

When is the draw on for the first round of 2014?

I am.

Heard they’ll be very lucky to get 60k in.[/quote]

That’s not good. It seems, if true, we’re going to continue to rain balls down in top if the Clare half backs only we are going to try and be better at catching and competing. That’s what that move suggests. Not sure I like that.

But I am not going to question Ger and Jimmy.

Will be a very different game with the different ref. Cork need to be more aggressive and sharper to breaking ball. Clare conceded 12 league goals. Sweeper was introduced to shore up that full back line. Cork have to spot that.

Surprised this story didn’t hold water as he had told me himself that day, disappointed for him.

I am a little surprised that the appointment of James McGrath doesn’t worry Cork & Clare fans, he could make a right cunt of Saturday evening.

I think they are worried. Amazed he got it after his foray into social media after the munster final red card was overturned.

Referees should not employ advantage rule. Player breaks an illegal tackle and play waved on. A free is almost always better if you have a free taker like cork have in Horgan.

First ten minutes on Saturday will tell a lot. If McGrath blows for the illegal tackle and blocks Cork will win easily.

Cork have been all praise for him.

Seamie Harnedy doubtful for Saturday.

Fuck. We won’t win without him.

Top 3 most important and influential player along with Horgan and Nash this yet.

Clare targeted Harnedy last day. If he doesn’t play a big big loss.

The extra three weeks training will be good preparation for the Fitzgibbon Cup pal.

Dumb cunt

Clare seem rattled by Nash’s 21 yard frees. Health and safety issue : )

Lesson from the Dublin Mayo game for any team or manager is you have to dictate how the game is played to the opposition - let them react to you and don’t react to them - Cork need to make Clare think in defence by switching around the players to create the match ups that they want

CORK HAVE NAMED theirstarting XV for the All-Ireland SHC final replay with Clare on Saturday (throw-in 5pm).

Jimmy Barry-Murphy makes just one change with Cian McCarthy of Sars coming for Jamie Coughlan.

The Sars man replaced Lorcan McLoughlin in the drawn game while Newtownshandrum man Coughlan was held scoreless.

Wonder how they will line up. Horgan out to half forward and Cronin inside?

  1. Anthony Nash

  2. Stephen McDonnell 3. Shane O’Neill 4. Conor O’Sullivan

  3. Brian Murphy 6. Christopher Joyce 7. William Egan

  4. Lorcan McLoughlin 9. Daniel Kearney

  5. Seamus Harnedy 11. Cian McCarthy 12. Pa Cronin

  6. Luke O’Farrell 14. Patrick Horgan 15. Conor Lehane

Cian McCarthy won’t last 25 minutes.

Clare have named an unchanged side
