That was fantastic. Always fills me with faith in Irelandâs youth. The tabloids donât tell you about the fantastic string orchestra from a deis school in Crumlin with 100 kids of all races and colors all unbelievably proficient in their instruments.

The irish are good for fuck all when it comes to classical music. Regional and natiional competitions are easy pickings for any kid with a modicum of talent and a work ethic. Itâs no wonder kids of migrants are over represented amongst the winners.
We have trad, but thatâs like comparing rugby to ballet.

Just finished the Godfather trilogy for the first time in years, part 3 had plenty of faults but the end scene is incredible with this piece.
