Some of them are massive, you wouldn’t see the like of it on some Junior teams.
Nap players want to go to Boston
Fairly pathetic effort of officiating from Keenan in MLR v Coolderry game.
Shocking stuff really. Yer man Brady wound on the MLR lad and got a yellow, was lucky it was his second so went off anyway. MLR fucked it away. Had a heap of chances and drove a shit load of wides when it was there for the taking half way thru the second.
2 seriously fat keepers in that game too
MLR should be sick tonight after that, no composure to their Hurling at all which was their real downfall.
No way Coolderry 6pts the better team.
Awful penalty at the end really summed it up. A game very much there for them to win and they lose by 6
Can they
Not unless they bring the Munster club final forward or put it back by a week joe.
Didn’t see it today but Rangers have a very young team. Only about 6 starters left from the club All Ireland Final against Portumna in 2014. Rest would mostly be 22 or under. Don’t have the composure or experience that you need to close out games. I predicted as much after seeing them eek out a lucky win in Carlow final that Coolderry would have too much for them.
Shit
Good riddance to those cunts
Poor limerick
There’s nothing too poor about us this year Joe.
Since 1996 when Crossmaglen won their first Ulster Championship, the breakdown of Ulster Champions reads;
Armagh 11
Derry 8
Antrim 2
Tyrone 1
Crossmaglen have accounted for all 11 of those Armagh wins since 1996. Five different clubs (Dungiven, Bellaghy, The Loup, Ballinderry and Slaughtneil) have accounted for the 8 Derry wins.
Ulster club football for nearly a quarter of a century has been effectively an Armagh/Derry duopoly. The rest are nowhere.
Also you are forgetting Mullaghbawn’s great win in 1995 . Many say thst defeat in the Armagh championship informed the Crossmaglen domination .
I was confining it to Billy Bullshit’s timeframe, since 1996. You are correct though. Mullaghbawn won it in 1995. Bellaghy won it in 1994.
Cross have pretty much the same success rate in the AI series as they have in Ulster Championship.
They have won 11 Ulsters in 19 attempts since 96 and they have won 6 AIs in 11 attempts since 96.
All it really shows is that those particular Cross sides were the greatest club side ever. You had the likes of Hearty and McConville with 6 All Ireland club medals and I doubt it will be done again.
