I think you’ll see more and more of that, the days of giving the matches for free for a bit of “exposure” are long gone. Every county do their own TV stuff and sell it as part of the season ticket package or something
Have RTÉ had a game of note so far? Endless quarter-finals played in front of 3 men and a dog. They’ve shown the entire Donegal Football Championship and now the one game anyone might want to see - the final - is on TG4.

Every county should have their club championship gamed on YouTube or periscope anyways, how hard can it be.Definitly an audience for it for lads living away from home
Laois GAA will have a highlights package up that night, with commentary tied in from Midlands Radio 103. Not sure how, or whos behind it, but its fair going. There’s definitely an opening for streaming it in this day and age.

The GAA, under direction through the agreement with RTE, have banned counties from streaming live games online when there is a game on RTE at the same time. I know in Wexford there was no formal streaming service, nor paid, so that is maybe why a paid service like in Mayo can get precedence.
