Fat Eamonn Kelly hoping Loughmore don’t “jerk off” today. What kind of coaching is going on there?

Kilcoo 7-2 up in Newry at halftime. 6 points from frees, 2 advanced marks and 1 point from play. Game being reffed in an ideal way to reward negative football. Smallest crowd at the county final in years, it will be smaller next year unless these new rules can turn things.

Do Toomevara engage in senseless acts of violence any more?

The Taliban seem a lot more physical, hefty hits and a good few shoulders and fist pumps. Not a bad game, no wide yet I think after 10 minutes?

Not as often but it is probably still in the locker

HT in the WH final, St Lomans 1-06 The Downs 1-05

Tougher game of hurling than you’d usually see and a ref reffing the handpass.

Vincent’s trying to rough up na fianna in Parnell. Quelle surprise . Theyve turned it into a dogfight and lead by a point near end of first half . Na fianna should still have enough when game opens up a bit in second half .be surprised If this finishes with 15 a side , a lot of cheap shots going in .All seems immaterial when you see how easily crokes destroyed Lucan in other semi

Port leading Portlaoise 1-9 to 0-9 at the break and well worth it and possibly more. Portlaoise are playing a lovely open brand of football this year and going one on one at the back. This is suiting Port down to the ground and their forward are doing wreck and could have 2 or 3 more goals. Rioghan Murphy, Colm Murphy and Jake Foster who has that goal are enjoying their day out so far. DJ White has about 4 points for Portlaoise but they’ve have to move Lillis out the field after Damon Larkin switched in having picked up a knock a that seems to have affected their plans.

With Robbie Piggott and Paddy O Sullivan home from Australia and itching to get off the bench and a lick of breeze to come in their backs, you’d have to fancy the men with the sash here in the second half.

Pat Roe is over Portarlington is he? A great man.

He is. He’s having an Indian summer. Saying that, me or you would coach Port this year.

Paddy Sullivan is ON.

Extra time required in TEG Cusack Park, finished 1-13 apiece, actually just announced no ET, replay.

Robbie Piggott is ON

Port up by 4 now and stretching the legs.
