It’s truly remarkable what Klopp is doing. He had three lads playing on Sunday in the backline who’d probably all struggle to make a top half championship team. Honest pros, but not EPL standard.

That backline on Sunday was LOI standard… But Klopp puts em in the shop window and clubs buy them. You’ve lads spitting their prams here at how Klopp generates sales , calling buyers of Liverpool players a shell club etc. Klopp has to balance the books and has had to play a lot of lesser lads over the last few years to generate interest. Wilson, Ibe , Brad Smith, Wisdom etc etc.

It wasn’t that back line for all 6. He’s had to use 16 different center half pairings in the league this year.
It’s an awful pity for the fans Liverpool are such a badly run organisation. They are one of the most successful and famous clubs in the world yet don’t seem to have a pot to piss in. They really have to look at their business model.

Two fit CBs for the weekend, that must rank as 5th and 7th out of the 7 centre backs they now have. Five out injured, including two new signings.
I’d say they feel slightly embarrassed about that one
