This is the entry level for a proper espresso machine.
Beyond that you’d want to be buying something with a faema group head.
An aeropress makes great coffee for a lot less

I’ve a nespresso I use mornings during week and when I have a bit of time i grind up beans and use an aeropress or a French press or a stove top Espresso maker depending on how many cups I need to make

No. It’s a roaster suggestion. Beyond that may be a loss of flavour but for average Joe that is marginal.

Once you grind it and air gets at it the oil in it evaporates and it starts to degrade. Keeping it in the freezer is best.

You need to let it degrade a little for espresso, too fresh and it’s full of co2- all you get is froth. A week or 10 days minimum. It’s not so important for French press or aeropress, providing you ‘bloom’. (ffs, where did it all go wrong…)
