Iād argue itās homophobic to suggest that is homophobic. It is simply treating a same sex ārelationshipā with the same suspicion youād treat a heterosexual ārelationshipā.

Yes, thatās what heās suggesting, despite having not only no evidence but no reason to believe it. Cosgrave also knows full well that a lot of the people who hang on his every word on Twitter are outright homophobes and his tweet is designed to incite a homophobic pile on on Twitter.
You donāt have to be a supporter of Varadkar, and Iām far from one, to see the racist and homophobic dog whistle nature of much of the abuse aimed at him online.

Sad really as the country could do with a traditional values FG as an alternative to whatās coming or more to the point what their utter lack of governance has ensured is coming.
