Jones lawyer more or less just made the argument ‘he said sorry on the air today, that should be enough’.

Defence is going to drag this out until the top of the hour and Jones will call in sick tomorrow so no cross-exam until another day methinks.
After the jury were excused the plaintiff lawyers called for sanctions against Jones and his lawyer fro breaking all sorts of rules and lying under oath and the judge dressed Jones down severely like the child he is which was wonderful to see - he will have hated a woman doing that to him publicly and having to sit there and take it.
The bit after the judge left was just unbelievable plus, he stopped all his coughing horseshit as soon as the judge was out of the room.
No way he shows tomorrow.

The plaintiff lawyer just revealed that 12 days ago Jones’ lawyers accidentally sent them the contents of his phone which included thousands of his messages about Sandy Hook that Jones had said under oath in his initial deposition never existed.
He is constantly getting caught out in lies.

This is all that has happened so far today and it’s hilarious - no live stream since so I assume the jury are still deliberating.
Jones is currently live on Infowars talking shit about the trial, the cameras, the judge, the usual shit.
You’d wonder why Jones decided to instruct the worst lawyer in the World?
He went through a fair few over the length of the case - this poor schmoe is just lucky to be the one in the spotlight when it’s at it’s hottest.

I listened to about 5 mins of it yesterday. Very funny. He has told so many lies at this stage that every sentence contradicated something he had said previously. He looked like some sad case. I wonder will it shatter the reality for a few people.
