Cahalane will probably be there for remainder of the year. Cork wont want to break up half back line of Coleman and Downeys x 2. Joyce is a loss no doubt but not sure Cahalane will be any worse than Eoin Downey at 3 last season. He played the whole munster final in FB line last year and did grand. Cork have more defensive screen this year with O Connell in midfield too. O leary wasnt convincing in the games I saw of him in the league on slower ground either.
The Munster final was a free for all of pulling and dragging which suited Cahalane down to the ground. You wonāt get that every time. Heās a guaranteed yellow card every game he starts.
Hard to see that Cork 1-7 survive against the better teams imo.
Limerick will really go after them if they can get Bull Gillane and Casey on field at same time (not sure it has ever happened?)
Joyce is a big loss - heās their best defender. And has been able to shut down key forwards for opposition.
One option might be to move ED back to 3, heās playing better this season and is more experienced.
They have best replacements at 5 than at 3.
Hundred percent that game was a farce for frees. Have they tried millerick full back? Itās more shuffling throughout the team but cork are coming down with forwards so thereās a strong case for moving fitzgibbon and TOL back a line.
Is Cormac OāBrien fit?
As in, would you?
Strange lads like Conor McCarthy who did very well for the Glen in Senior club championship last year didnt get a look in ahead of lads who have no adult club hurling played.
Some Carkie had a right go at me the other week for saying the same, a liability, we love seeing him line out.
Was down at the Marina Market and went over to PUC to have a look at the Luas open day. The footballers were having an AvB game with the Bās in Kerry jerseys, they played Takaka Rain and Letās Dance over the speakers during the water break. Theyāre ready for Sunday
Easy see why the non Carkies would want to see this happen ![]()
When does this game take place?

That aged well

What are we thinking re: who comes in for Fitzgibbon.
Healy surely alongside Barrett and Walsh
Dalton probably gets a bench slot beside Harnedy.
An embarrassment of riches in half forward line.
Walsh is fit is the word from back home.
I wonder will Cork be happy enough with a defeat on Sunday? 4 weeks to get all the injuries cleared up and a game against Leinster runners up.
Until they win an All Ireland, Cork are damned if they do and damned if they donāt
I see a bit of controversy between Glen and Whites Cross per PROC.
