Cork v Waterford - All Ireland Hurling Semi-Final 2'17

Show me a good loser and I’ll show you a loser. Or something like that.

Ye lost but had a great year

That was an absolutely marvelous game of hurling. I am so pleased for Waterford, hopefully they’ll go on to win it outright from here. Waterford had too much experience and are now an unsinkable ship.

could you expand sidney

80,000 officially attended Limerick v Waterford in 2007 but there were not 80,000 people in the stadium at any time.

20k of them were from Monaghan.

They could have been Waterford followers in disguise.

Most of them fucked off at half time in the hurling. I doubt it

So did most of the Waterford followers.

No in fairness they didn’t until the Begley goal

Where did barron start his run from for the final goal? I’d love to see another angle of the wundergoal too, to see how he got the ball initially, seemed to drop it but flick it up off the ground. Whole goal was a joy to watch but id hope thered be a daithi burke shaped imprint on his sternum if he tries it again in a few weeks.

On his sternum, as in a full frontal challenge, in which case Daithi would be seeing the imprint of a red card in front of him.

Ye Wexford lads just aren’t able for the good manly stuff

Don’t get too happy, Davy has the boys running sandunes already, they’ll be fucking monsters come the Leinster final next year.

Should be said that I thought Owens had a fine game yesterday. One of the better refs out there, bar that one inexplicable decision he gave to Cork down by the dugouts in the second half.
