Possibly identified a muscle imbalance that was helped by activating whatever you used to walk backwards.
What did you not like about yoga?
Having gone to two well regarded physics in Canada I was struck by the emphasis on movement. There was little or no massage or rubs they’d figure what was wrong and have me on a mini trampoline or balance board or walking lunges or whatever and thats all and that was common practice there. Worked though.

Do they have steam rooms in Flyefit? The only one I was ever in was the one on Macken street a few years ago which I would describe as functional if I was being kind.
