Coronavirus thread - 19/10/2020 - The Day Ireland Died

They would be big things in Tipp in fairness.

I’ve been practicing it & seems to have kept me alive so far thankfully.

Are all the pubs closing again?

Are hotels effectively shut now given we have no overseas travel and we can’t travel outside the county?

Can’t dine indoors. So ya. Hotels are pretty much down

Why have we not developed further ICU capacity since the initial wave? Or maybe we have?

This seems to be the real concern in all of this.

Bank holidays and timing of restrictions have always been to the forefront of their minds. Cunts

Nice little chart on Virgin Media News there that Ireland has the lowest ICU beds per 100k in Europe.

Big thanks to FFG for that.

I think there are an extra 7 beds. This would require 42 additional staff that they haven’t hired yet.

FFG incompetence and mismanagement.

NPHET might fight them on this and try get more. Nothings been signed off on yet

How many did they say?

5 per 100k from a 2016 census
