Again, there is just a general figure as to what a particular consultant at Deloitte might charge.
You can be sure they don’t have anyone on high charge out rates doing contact tracing. Maybe a few tops guys overseeing the whole thing, but the actual “consultants” doing the work are most likely contractors brought in specifically for it and being paid accordingly.
