Itās most annoying that he has the vaccine but cant get the cert because the HSE have ballsed this (and everything else they have ever done) up.

For what itās worth, the PLF system has been down today too. Also, the legislation was ballsed up so anyone that arrives with a DCC, regardless of whether they are vaccinated or not, had only one shot, had a vaccine we dont recognize etc had to be waved on.

he could go for an emergency JR to get an order compelling the HSE to issue his cert. this was supposed to be up and running from 5th july but state got another 2 weeks to get their shit together.

Itās mad that only a quarter of the people who fled have returned.
It must have been that 25% who brought the dreaded Delta in with them. I thought army men would save us all.
