That storyline has massive potential.
They should make it last a good year and have Michaels turn 99% heel and always make it clear he has no option etc…
I’d even make JBL champion with Michaels winning all his matches for him.
Then blow it off with him beating JBL for JBLs “money” or title or both.
They don’t do enough well thought out long term feuds.
Does anyone else think Matt Hardy attacked Jeff in the hotel?

It could be Matt alright due to him being jealous of all the attention Jeff gets despite Matts own success. It certainly could end up with a title vs title match at Mania but knowing Hunters influence I cant see that happening.
So they get Matt to win the Rumble (possibly with Jeffs help?) and then he decides what champion to face . So they do a simple swerve where he says he’s gonna go after the Raw champion then at the last second he cracks Jeff with the ECW title and reveals he attacked Hardy in the hotel.
Then they have Jeff cost him the ECW title and it kicks on from there.
Too obvious?
Wheels in motion for JBL to win title.
Stephanie McMahon announced on Raw tonight that four matches will be taking place on next week’s show, all involving former WWE Champions. The winners of the four matches will go on to compete in a Fatal Four-Way Elimination Match the following week on Raw to determine who will face WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena for his title. Matches scheduled to take place include Kane vs. Shawn Michaels, John Bradshaw Layfield vs. Rey Mysterio, Chris Jericho vs. CM Punk, and Batista vs. Randy Orton.
For some reason I think Randy Orton will be number 1 contender for Cenas title after the way Raw ended.
I think that was more to set up Batista losing next week than Orton becoming #1 contender. I’d imagine the Orton Batista feud will continue.
And maybe Michaels will become #1 contender, win the title and then hand it to JBL. No that would be 150% heat on both.

Andre sold the title to Ted DiBiase but they didnt allow it.
Maybe he just lays down and gets pinned…

Michaels is champion and he is talking with JBL about how they won’t allow him to hand him the title.
JBL says “Well, we’ll have a match then, I don’t care how but I’m gonna be champion by the end of the match”
He immediately hits SCM on JBL, then he lays down and drags JBL over him.
Im kind of hoping it dosent go on too long. I really want to see Hbk vs Taker at Mania and they need to start the buildup at the Rumble.
I dont know what’s going on but I heard Armageddon was a heap of shite. Batista needs to be put down and soon.
I fell asleep watching it online. Punk and Rey had a very good match.
