Covid 19 🐐- It's Back Baby!

I had a jab of something alright but I do t remember which one,

How mental that you can remember but I can’t :rofl:

If I was to have a bet on it I think it was Moderna

Does taking a jab qualify me for all the things you listed a while ago

You’re some headbanger :grinning::grinning:

But covid regulations, rules, vaccines etc etc were so confusing, inconsistent, downright ridiculous they drove the bangers of heads to bang their heads like theyd never banged before and they haven’t stopped banging since.
I remember thinking at the very start id never seen the country or world so united :disappointed:

So if you were right that makes you a headbanger, or whatever it is the sisters are lashing out with?

Gas cunts. Gas gas cunts.

Ahshurlookit.

The social dynamics of the whole thing were fascinating to watch. The virtue signallers, the contrarians, the obedient sheep and a few scientists thrown into the mix.

Very few of us can hold her hands up and admit they were right, about everything

She was right! cc: of @glenshane

Down again. I’d say it’s Covid this time. Regretting not getting the vaccine.

None of the #WeCanBeZero lot announced here. I was looking forward to Julien Mercille getting his maps of Ireland out again with exclusion zones marked down.

Hopefully they will be in the list of ‘experts’ and there will be proper opposing views at the round table including headbangers from both sides.

Who were the “celebrity” experts again? Thankfully I paid little attention during most of the thing and didn’t get into the weeds as much as others.

Sam McConkey
Aoife McLysaght
Luke O’Neill
TomĂĄs Ryan?

They are the only few that I remember. There was the screaming Mary architect one on Twitter, as it was at the time. Another lad from Maynooth University. Were all these getting paid by the interview then?

They had a weekly headbanger podder for all the self-important academics. However, it only got about 12 views

Didn’t one of them have a band?

They basically destroyed dr martin feeley for having the courage and integrity to tell the truth. Was there another doctor facing a tribunal recently?

Orla Hegarty was the architect who said we should be retrofitting every building for clean air before we considered reopening. She took a long break from Twitter after the reopening when she lost the plot.

Gerry Killeen is the one who described children as either land mines or grenades.

Aoife McLysaght was the one who used her point of reference of the impact on business as her click and collect of books from Raven Books in Blackrock.

Sam McConkey is the one who was originally vehemently against any form of lockdown but had a heel turn worthy of professional wrestling as he called for Zero Covid and closed borders.

Tómas Ryan called for “ Panzer-style public health measures”, a rather weird allusion.

As above, Geography lecturer Julian Mercile was plotting circles of no go zones around the border and claiming public health figures could do what the British government couldn’t do for decades. Maybe with Panzer tactics.

Anthony Staines just generally had a meltdown as it progressed and things reopened.

There was a guy I remember comparing the reopening following the Omicron variant being shown to be a cod comparing the celebration of that to women in Afghanistan celebrating the fall of the Taliban.

Luke O’Neil was smart as while he got involved in the bubble ball antics with Claire Byrne and attended a few ISAG events, generally kept himself one step removed from them so that he wouldn’t be tarred by the end.

The Soc Dems, some Labour members, People before Profit, Catherine Connolly, the Tortoise Shack and a few others got very onboard with the illiberal policies of Zero Covid.

It was absolutely mental. Hopefully it all gets brought up at the round table.
The schools re opening in January 22 was the turning point. A huge amount of people even outside those total lunatics thought we’d be digging mass graves and it was the end of society as we knew it. Within a week everything was back to normal.

Orla Hegarty. Some blast from the past.
