pubs (boozers). impossible to give a date, there will be a series of tentative reopening beginning with outdoor only and limited seating from August Bank Holiday 2021, kids back at school then in Sept 21 will see these close
Iā€™m thinking pubs unrestricted pre 13 march 2020 stuff will not be before dec31 2022

2023 possible full seating , terraces are finished

Prediction. Tony etc will gauge the likelihood of the public continuing to accept their incompetence. If paddy shows a little spirit they will make louder noises about herd immunity and the importance of getting back to normal. If paddy shows a willingness to remain under the bed then tony etc will continue emboldened to suggest things like yearly masques and ritualistic lockdowns.
