Yeah that was the one, it was a great show to watch once you understood the rules. I remember thinking to myself on many occasions that the show wouldnt last long because most thick fookers wouldnt have a hope of understanding it
Yeah that’s the baby. I dedicated a week or two to watching it once and got really into the tactics but it didn’t make for great tv for the casual viewer which probably killed it.
The Krypton Factor - BBC 2 i think. A few rounds of nerdy questions, one was a puzzle with loads of blocks that had to be built into a certian shape then the final was an outdoor obstacle course supervised by some army types. Now that i think of it this should be on a thread called great tv programmes, i fooking loved it
That was on ITV, jugs. Some lad called Gordon presented it. They had to land an aeroplane in one of the rounds too. Marvellous stuff - made by Granada in Manchester.
The lyrics board. Lord bless us and save us all. I remember seeing one episode with Barry McGuigan singing on it. Excruciating stuff altogether, the cheesyness of it all was outstanding.
