He was at least reckless as to whether he caused her serious harm, thatās enough.
He seemed to stumble before colliding with her. You canāt say with 100% certainty it was intentional. Sheād want to be an unlucky individual to encounter someone on a busy road in broad daylight who shoves strangers into the path of oncoming traffic.

They were talking about this on the radio today. Going by the way they described it I assumed he pushed her forcefully from behind in front of the bus. The actual footage is far from conclusive but theyāve already convicted the fella and want him to do a stretch in Strangeways. Nonsense.
