We’ve no evidence of any intent here. But let that not stop the INTERNET from hanging drawing and quartering this man. For instance we don’t know what he saw. It looks to me like there is a very low sun. He also seems to veer/stagger a bit before he makes contact with her. Was she looking where she was going? She seemed to fall a long way.

He was at least reckless as to whether he caused her serious harm, that’s enough.
He seemed to stumble before colliding with her. You can’t say with 100% certainty it was intentional. She’d want to be an unlucky individual to encounter someone on a busy road in broad daylight who shoves strangers into the path of oncoming traffic.
He’s not that type of jogger and I’d give him the benefit of the doubt.

They were talking about this on the radio today. Going by the way they described it I assumed he pushed her forcefully from behind in front of the bus. The actual footage is far from conclusive but they’ve already convicted the fella and want him to do a stretch in Strangeways. Nonsense.
