As far as I know, speed limits just apply to motorised vehicles, so theoretically a bicycle or a horse could go faster than it.

Recently I had business in D Capital. To humour TSG I took the Luas into town. I was seated just behind the driver’s cabin so I had a good view of the track ahead. The volume of hassle, abuse etc the driver took from cyclists and especially those wretched e scooters was something else. Whatever the driver is getting it should be doubled .
Not sure how a tram is expected to get out of the way. Once they have a green light they surely have right of way.

I’d say 99% of people on bicycles don’t use cameras
