Sure that still gives you 32 shots at an All Ireland. There has only been 8 x RWC. Much too small a sample size to make a firm judgement

It doesnt work like that at all. Waterford had 100 years to get into the swing of it. When ireland have competed in 100+ RWC I can guarantee you we will be regular semi finalists
