Can someone explain this whole Lions thing to me, please? Why are Ireland involved and why are so many Irish people getting worked up over it?? I’ve seen that drinking game appear on my Facebook feed numerous times and there are friends of friends making the trip over and others planning holidays around watching it on tv. Is this not merely a few friendly matches played by guys who consider themselves part of the British Isles? I thought it was one big joke but cunts are sesiously pumped up about this shit… perhaps I’ve missed something??

I got an email from a pommy bloke I know the other day, copying in about 20 Irish, English and Scottish lads we all know here (funnily enough, no welsh gits were included) banging on about the Lions and how excited he was and how we should all meet up to watch this shit as (and I quote) “We’re all in this together chaps”.
