I was only following it from here. Swearsies.
Each contestant picked up 3K an episode. AOM lasted all 12, he got 36,000, and whatever the bit extra was for winning it, which I assume there was, but haven’t seen it advertised anywhere.
No wonder RTE need to double the licence fee and sell land if they had to pay each contestant 3k a week on top of their base RTE salary.

I would suspect show brought in a clear profit, these things are generally a license to print money. If done right.
You really only need one inhaler, its the refills you need to replace.

Do they ever release the figures for numbers of votes phoned/texted in? O’Mahony must have got the Healy-Raes on board to swing it for him.
Kerry folk know how to get the vote out. This was a victory for the GAA and rural Ireland.
