@Rocko I logged out and back in and I see that option in the menu area.

I click Dark, screen refreshes and changes, then the screen refreshes a second time and goes back to light.

Ok, I’m guessing the automatic detection and the manual override aren’t playing nicely together. I’ll disable the auto for now I suppose.

I think I have the auto mode working for ios now (except for @Fagan_ODowd) and android users should just be able to flick between light and dark (as long as people ignore the x(ignore) theme).

Rocko, if it makes you feel any better, my tfk briefly (like for a second) flicked into dark mode, while my phone was in light mode and it looked great

Yeah I don’t like it either. I’ve turned off the auto switching now so it can still be selected but it will no longer switch to dark just because your phone is in dark mode.
