Martin Lukeman. Only got his tour card via Q-School last year so has it for next year also.
He’s guaranteed 15k in this event so it’s his best return in an event since he got the tour card.
Gilding got off to a flyer last night but fell apart once he went 1 set up. Sometimes he refused to switch and then he decided to switch when he needed 80 to leave 170.

Wade has won the event twice but has only won 2 games in it for the past 8 years. It’s mad really when he’s usually so good on doubles.

First 2 games BDO stuff.
A lot of players struggle to get a rhythm going with the double in. If you’re starting on D16 (and get it) you’d nearly be better off going for T19s next before going back to T20 on next throw.
Razma is a big fan of the T19.
