As long as calling someone a cunt is considered free speech, most of us on TFK should be ok and not affected by this ruling.

TFK COTY nominee the Fishman from Cork, won 30k in damages claim against a fellow trader during the week. The other trader had claimed on radio that mr Oā€™Connell had bullied other fish stall holders out of the market and was buying salmon illicitly. The judge found these claims unproven.
