Diet & Nutrition

I’m a businessman.

Just had my first sip of Kagen water this evening lads…

Has scam written all over it, any of you had any exposure to it?

So am I.

About to put a sirloin steak on. Fuck that research.

“Don’t kid yourself, Jimmy. If a cow ever got the chance, he’d eat you and everyone you care about.”

I just had some sweet potatoes with the dinner. They’re great.

Rib-eye marinating as we type.

Sweet potatoes are the business and they will “compliment” my steak nicely.

What are oxalates?

very powerful oxidants - end product of vitamin c absorption but also in a lot of food like beans, nuts, sweet potatoes and spinach

if you don’t eat enough calcium then - boom - kidney stones

not good with a high protein diet so steak and sweet potatoes means a double whammy and you are experiencing male child birth pains

You are goosed pal.

Edit - spinach is the worst offender. Spinach omelette or spinach in salads with pecan nuts - kidney stones waiting to happen

Can we add kidney stones to the tight hamstrings as a debilitating condition of tfk members.

Hmm. I eat plenty of steak, sweet potatoes and spinach. Kidney stones come at me.

Ah will you stop…

No laughing matter lads. What is your calcium intake like? Do you like a latté?

I would eat a lot of spinach, nearly everyday with my dinner, but I have it with feta cheese, olives, butter beans and a protein like meat/fish etc etc.

@TheUlteriorMotive - Will you hurry up and tell me if I am going to die as a result of my diet, you prick.

Do I need a lot of it or very little?

The tension itself is killing me…

Calcium is good if eating lot of spinach.

You too are goosed pal. You won’t die. Kidney stones are rarely fatal. Pain is supposed to be bloody awful though. You may rip vocal cords screaming as you pass them.

I eat/consume enough calcium, mate. I’ll be fine… And you obviously haven’t been made aware that I was in the FCA- We were trained to deal with more excruciating pain than a mere kidney stone.

Phew. I probably eat plenty of it. However since your daft posts on welfare I take everything you say with a grain of salt now. Should I eat more salt?
