I’d love if a car load of Donegal brickies mad to get home home after a week working the sites in England hopped out and kicked the absolute shite out of them.
It is, but you need to realise that, much like on here, it’s full of crackpots, with too much time on their hands, no filter and most likely running 27 different accounts and replying to themselves.
@Batigol and his mates asleep at the wheel. How could a lad get the whole way through to a plane with the number of checks in place at security, the gate, and the plane?
I always thought Dublin security was decent in comparison to other airports, particularly in T2. T1 might be different as they’re more interested in checking your bag size than seeing your boarding pass. And the Ryanair flight staff don’t even check boarding passes anymore in most cases
On a recent flight from Dulles Airport (Washington DC) they were using facial recognition software at the gate to check passports. I understand this is being rolled out across airports in US currently.
They also had those security scanners that meant you can leave all electronics in your satchel.
KLM I used to find particularly lax for checking anything when boarding planes. Generally though to get to security in thr first place you’d need to scan something.
