When I searched disasters on TFK, I found the worst transfers thread, which isn’t really all that appropriate, so post your thoughts on disasters befalling mankind here.

51 people dead so far in Oklahoma after this massive tornado. Many more expected seemingly. They seem to be getting bigger and more frequent (anecdotally at least). Unbelievable scenes.

some guy on the radio this morning said it was like lowering a two mile wide lawn mower blade across the town.
