On that general topic, I was on LinkedIn yesterday (I know, I know) & some lad had a long post thanking the team in Meta for such a courteous, enlightening & professional recruitment process. This was without irony, as he said he took great learnings from the 7-stage interview process & hoped their paths would cross again in the future & he might be successful in being selected next time.
