Does whiskey go off after its been open for a bit?

I certainly hope not

You’d want your head examined to be drinking it so.

It’s great stuff. I miss duty free.,

I love drinking on my own. I’m great company and I never judge myself too harshly for taking too much.

Easily known I’d find you stuck in this thread

I’m not stuck, I can check out any time I want…

No. You can check in alright, but you can never leave

If you like the taste of bourbon, you’d love an old fashioned. Easy to make, half a tsp of sugar tsp of water and 3 dashes of angostura bitters muddled add bourbon on ice. Lovely tack.

It’s been something I’ve been meaning to try for a bit now. Powers are selling a pre-made version at the moment. Must pick up a bottle

Don Draper used to drink them

Anyone desperate for some Waterford bottles can buy Ballykilcavan and Bannow Island at £69.99 each from this English site, mind you it’s £18 delivery to Eire then. Is it worth it for these two @Fagan_ODowd? I’m thinking no as they are not limited release, albeit hard to pick up on these shores right now.

I haven’t tasted them yet to be honest but the reviews have been good.

@Malarkey or anyone else, have any of ye bought whiskey from the website below and is it safe to do so? A company named ‘best of wines’ who appear to be based in the Netherlands. If i order something here and pay the VAT is it fine to enter the country or still liable to be seized?

Drumshanbo released their new one tonight

Where’s the cherry?

I’ve never used that particular site but, if the VAT is paid, there’s absolutely no reason for it to be stopped

Never used that site, I am afraid.

I ate it.

Is their stuff any good? Also is Tyrconnell stuff any good?
