He was really on the ferry, his emotions were on the raft.
I shot someone in my dream last night and I’m worried because I didn’t feel any remorse… I remember it happened once before in a dream, where I killed some in self-defence, and I woke up disgusted with myself, felt sick for a while. But I didn’t feel anything this morning, I thought it was the right idea.
And for some reason, I’m not even sure I was myself in the dream, obviously I couldn’t see myself but I was a lot shorter & stockier than I am in real life. At the same time, I don’t think I’d kill someone in real life, seems like a lot of effort trying to hide bodies and that… and of course, it’s morally wrong

Do you fly model airplanes as a hobby?

Tell us more about the dream ffs and not how it made you feel.

It sounds like you dreamt you were @Tassotti.
Can’t say I do.
I got one when I was a child, but never even opened it. Preferred Lego and GAA/football, to be honest.
Can’t remember all of it that clearly… the setting was a big country house, not in great condition, no neighbours to be seen in any direction. There was an old, invalid woman who was being looked after by a girl of about 20, whose name was Sophie. And then there was some cunt of a fella who was there sometimes. Anyway, he was offering to help them financially or something, and made them sign some papers or something, forcing yer wan Sophie into marrying him as well. Then after they signed, he started “revealing his plan” in the style of some sort of Bond villain… I can’t remember the details but he was just generally being a cunt, something like he was going to sell the house on and didn’t care if the old woman died or not.
Up until then, I was kind of seeing the dream as you’d see a film but then I got up as he was leaving the house, for some reason had a gun and shot him four times. Buried the body. Then someone showed up looking for him and I woke up.
@ChocolateMice, I think you should be appointed as TFK’s Official Dream Interpreter. Any interest in taking on the role? More responsibility for no extra pay but it’d really improve your profile around the forum and give you “face time” with key posters.

Sophie is important- What can it stand for? the ie is for Ireland so the letters soph must stand for something, mate. You obviously feel like a father figure or career for Soph anyway, mate and this triggered you off.
How about a I take up the role on a provisional basis with a review on May 1st and we can see how all parties are feeling then?
Not a dream as such but anyway. I was watching last Friday’s Late Late Show but was completely unaware that Chris de Burgh was going to be a guest. However Chris’s classic “High On Emotion” started playing in my head. Then a couple of minutes later, the Liverpool-supporting legend was introduced as a guest and the same song was played as he made his entrance to the studio.
Was this a mere coincidence of great musical taste or could there be a deeper significance?
That’s good with me.
@ChocolateMice
I had a strange dream last night.
The good lady and I were sitting on a bench in a park. Next thing I know a work colleagues appears around 20 metres away from us walking a cat on a leash. They then threw a bucket of water over the cat and the cat billowed with steam and made the noise that you would hear when you throw water on something really hot, like a sauna or hot coals.
That is all I can remember

Any chance you were on the lash at the weekend?
Not really, would have had maybe 6 bottles of beer and a bottle and a half of red wine from Friday to Sunday night. I was at a brazilian rodezio restaurant on Sunday evening and was full as an egg from meat
