David Drumm is getting sentenced today. Anyone care to predict what kind of sentence he gets? Maximum sentence that can be imposed is 10 years. I’m guessing 2 years and be out after 1.

2 yrs, one suspended, and all sorts of home leave shenanigans. Some border based businesspeople hardly did any and were way worse.

Maximum sentence for false accountancy is 10 years. There is no maximum for conspiracy to defraud. He is convicted of both.
