Yawn
You won’t be fit for drinking for a month anyways after that combination in one sitting.
does he want a pat on the back?
Sorry that bores you pal and you had to go to the trouble of posting about it.
No, I want donations. You must be good for 50 bucks, twould only be about a fiver in your money.
Thanks Fagan, I appreciate the support.
Do you know something, adding a half bottle of pale ale to an empty glass of Guinness with the froth still on produces a lovely drink.
That’s the way it’s gone these days.
What a motley crew you’ve collected there. It’s like cleaning up after a house party; you didn’t find a kettle half full of vodka and 7up while you were at it?
The Creatures is a fine Winter’s drink. I’ll alternate between 6 bottles of that and a Shiraz for the 4 weekends of July. I’ll pour one out for you.
Wynn’s was a lovely wine when you could get it here. Pricey though.
I don’t like Australian reds much by and large. They all seem to be very strong. The great reds are 12.5%

Is there much of a craft beer industry in the antipodes.
There is absolutely, though any if the craft brewers who achieve any scale are being bought up by the huge commercial brewing compabies like Lion and CUB, which means they either disappear off the face of the earth of get repackaged for a more mass market.
But there are plenty of micro breweries based in pubs and so in doing good stuff. Here in the Central Coast (north of Sydney) we have some places doing cracking, original, seasonal beers.
Are you saying you’re not man enough for them?
Can’t speak much for Oz but there were plenty going in NZ. Similar to over here really. Garage Project in Wellington did some mighty tack.
Fagan, as an alternative try anything to do with Taylors, especially Taylors Promised Land. Cracking wines, not expensive. My go to wine.
We had a lovely bottle of this at dinner tonight after a day of football.
No mate, by and large they are brash and unsubtle. Read into that what you will.
