That thread makes very little sense kev, I think you need to flesh it out a bit. Iād say something smart about Cork in return but itās such an unremarkeable placeā¦
Anybody know where to get cool t shirts? I usually have a few top notch ones for the summer, but nothing has caught my eye so far yet this year.
Touchy touchy.
More hypocrites come out of the woodwork.
I donāt think the wit and craic is what it used to be, the ignorance of drivers is unbelieveable, the rudeness in stores, shops, football stadiums etc etc. The barmen arenāt the same, the list is endless.
I donāt think anywhere in Ireland has a good fashion sense or is there many things to do, so i wouldnāt be worrying about that.
Cork is a town Sledge, its a good town to live in and the people still have some of the old values, but i see this changing much the same way Dublin has changed in the near future, the signs are there. Maybe the old recession will humble people enough to hold some of our old values, but its not looking good.
Money has ruined us.
āNo Tracksuitsā is certainly a sign i am seeing more and more of around the city.
Shocking amount of fully grown humans around Dublin still wearing them for no good reason.
Its rotten.
The people who voted it a friendly city must have visited without spending a bob. Hard to get any kind of service here without a grunt in return.
How about a retro style tracksuit top with jeans? Thatās ok surely?
Theyāre not bad, and I like some of them myself, like the AC Milan one from the late 80s, but even the good ones are subject to overkill in my opinion, and you still have to go back to the basic premise that it just isnāt the thing for grown adults to be going around in tracksuits of any description.
The less writing the better. Itās those stupid t-shirts with random slogans and poxy Chinese writing that has us where we are in the standings in the first place. For s/s 2009, think Less Superdry and more Blue Harbour
