Dundee v Celtic 🍀

Boyata is back.

I had bumped the specific Bet Fred Cup thread but happy to use this one tonight if you insist?

I’m happy either way. I’ll be on a 6 minute delay for the first half so will be avoiding tfk.

Rodgers just said that Simunovic has a swollen knee and is doubtful for the weekend. We get Boyata back and then he gets struck down…

Dembélé is just being rested and eased back in. He’ll be in the squad for Saturday.

Great run by Sinclair wins a penalty and the same player converts it. 0-1

Brown has been really good so far.

Fooooooorrrrrrreeeeeeessssssstttttttt

Forrest doubles the lead following a Tierney cutback

Superb run for the first goal by Sinclair. Completely dominant by the end of the half.

Can we acknowledge how ridiculous the Ntcham booking was?!

Accumulation of fouls, no ?

Forrest is having a fine game.

He had let him jog away and then reacted to a goat from the crowd and decided on the card.

The tackle yer man Hendry did on Ntcham would have been a red card in European competition.

Bhoys, this is twice Rodgers has used a 3-4-2-1 to get Roberts and Forrest in the team. I don’t think it’s something he’d do in the CL (definitely not away from home next week anyway) but do you think he’d try it at Ibrox?

I don’t think so. I think it’s for games like this. I’m not sure Roberts will play on Saturday now because Forrest has outplayed him. I expect McGregor, Armstrong or Rogic to play on Saturday.

Ralston came on for Boyata a while ago and McGregor for Roberts now.

Boyata looked a little rusty early on but was fine overall.

Roberts murdered them in the games at the end of last season. I think he should play on Saturday but Forrest has had a very strong start to the season.

I certainly wouldn’t complain about Paddy starting but Forrest is in excellent form and is probably out playing him for the first time in a year. Either way I expect both will be involved anyway.

Griffiths getting snatchy now that Dembélé’s back in the picture. Seems too rushed and too eager to shoot.

McGrrrrreeeeeeggggggooooorrrrrrrrr
