Ralston is hitting player of the year territory.
Giakoumakis had some promising cameos off the bench initially but he’s looked like a bit of a donkey lately. Jota is electric and Kyogo’s movement is simply unreal.

The referee took up some great defensive positions around the D/edge of the box in the second half. A real jocko ref thing. It’s actually hilarious how many times he blocked passing angles or obstructed Celtic players in possession or making runs. Celtic player looking to drive towards goal and play someone in but has to check back out as the ref comes running across his line.

Sorry but what’s the story with Jota. Is he only on loan or is there an option to buy. Seems to be flying.
He on Liam but Celtic have a Brendan to buy him.

I predict he will look for a massive wage at the end of the loan . Could be a stumbling block
Could have a pre contract already signed that Celtic can then exercise.
The lad has had a bit of a stop start career to date, he’s playing brilliantly at the minute so I think if he’s happy he will sign on for us. He’s got a great attitude, works really hard.

As my Stadium of Light contact informed me the agreement is for a fee to sell . That will be contingent on agreeing terms . He looks a really good player and will know his worth by season’s end .
We will see
