Don’t think there is much point blaming McGeeney, according to one of the interview he has only been involved in a handful of sessions so far this year, appearing once every 6 weeks or so. Not much he can do with such limited windows.

O’Shea is an intelligent man but seems to lack a real ruthless streak which you need at I/C level.
