Lads I know in South Co. Dublin have a 4 story apartment and the windows are most likely teak. The management company maintain the outside but they got a lad in to prime, undercoat and apply 2 finish coats to the windows, doors and a few louvre doors inside. Some of the windows are floor to ceiling.
Anyhow he gave them a price to include the provision of the paint (soft black from the Farrow and Ball range) The job took 7 days to complete and satisfaction was expressed.
Tell me what you think these chumps peeled for the job given I thought the paint would be about €350-400 range…
