Early Risers Club - A sneak peek into Corkie’s work practises

of course no sign of the stale banterists, even at half 7 in the morning

Lovely bit of cottage pie for lunch.

Good night @Mac

Up an hour at this stage. Have the exercises and dancing done with the small one. Both breakfasts ate, school bag ready. She’s mad for road. Toddlers have some energy, sets you up yourself to go hard at the day

The Early Risers club in free fall here.

I woke up at 5 there. Turned over and got 3 and a half hours more sleep. Magic.

Lovely penmanship.

Got up there 15 mins ago. Made porridge and coffee. Have taken same back to bed with me. Another solid hour on tfk/YouTube/pornhub before I’ll even consider getting up.
When I do, I’ll be straight to the gym and then back for another nap

Took me 7 post-its before i could take the photo.

I appreciate the perfectionism

Brilliant.
A difficult one for @Mac because he loves any attention at all but he also hates being made a prick of.

Mobility exercises done, short run, kids breakfasts made, showered, emails sent, new exercises for GAA training this morning outlined.

Will head off now in half an hour for GAA. After that I have a fun run to go to. That will take me to about 12.30/1.00.

When you get up early it’s like being a world class midfielder - you always have that extra time to make the killer pass.
