Worked an afternoon shift for a year in Canada. Fell asleep and woke up naturally every day. I felt at peace, relaxed. Didn’t need to fight people on the internet. Bliss.

What a thread. A load of knob heads arguing their way is best… Like everything else in life, everyone’s thresholds are different and unique to them. There’s no right or wrong. 6.5 hours is bang on for me… Listen to your body, it knows.
