Looks like the 4.30 crew might be putting themselves in danger of Alzheimer’s too. Maggie Thatcher, Bertie and Bill Cullen are other 4 hours a night sleepers.

Lack of sleep and getting up early are not necessarily mutually inclusive

Not necessarily linked but ignoring your natural circadian rhythms not great either. No benefit to be getting up in the middle of the night.

A quick solution would be to give up work altogether and become full time dependants on the state. You could become full time gamblers during the day to augment the rock n roll.
It’s a soothing lifestyle - relatively stress free and you can come and go as you please.

Work is the cause of most ills actually. Give it up before it kills you. Trust me on this one.

No surprise the various “scientists” from various universities are claiming things very much in line with their bias towards work shy socialism.

Life has to be regulated strictly for them.

if they spend half as much effort working, they might make something of themselves

Screen time is killing lads on here. Throwing their circadian levels all over the place like @anon61956325’s belief system. That and the shite they eat has their endocrine systems turned on like @glasagusban in a gay go go bar . It’s no wonder they lash out at strangers on the internet.

And the pharmaceutical industry.

'Too much sleep may be linked to cardiovascular diseases because of existing conditions that increase fatigue. These include persistent inflammatory conditions and anemia

Scientists also tie low physical activity, depression, unemployment, and low socioeconomic status to longer sleep. These may contribute to, but they could also mask, the link between longer sleep duration and cardiovascular disease and risk of death.’

So if you have an underlying condition the fatigue from that keeps you asleep. Or if you’re an unemployed layabout depressed off your head you might also have a shorter lifespan. Fake news.

You sound like a pro sleep lobby shill. Who’s paying you? Mattress Mick?
