Up and atom. Woke to find a huge bird shit down the driver’s side door of my car. Bodes well

We go again

Good morning to all

The day is gone already

Great to see. Up around 40 mins, a few jobs around the house done already

Up with kids during night. High temps… Didn’t wake till 8am so missed my usual 5.30am to 7.30am high productivity slot.

The day may as well be over.

Another broken nights sleep, got up around six and was on the road for Dublin at 07:30 after getting the day set up in my absence. I can’t decide if I’m a considerate person or a control freak

It happens to us all kid. If you remember I was experiencing something similar a few weeks back. But @caulifloweredneanderthal s advice sorted me out.

What was that?

Plenty of fresh air during the day.

Some pointers mate…?

For me what works… Plenty magnesium, plenty fresh air during the day, regular bed times and rise times, no devices after 9pm and no food after 7pm, some light reading for 15 mins before sleep.

I’ve just started it. I’ll report back. Baddiel seems to have had a sleep disorder his whole life.

One bit on caffeine was a cup of coffee is a poor caffeine delivery system as the dosage is always different and no idea of knowing what it is. Better off with a caffeine pill or energy drink with exact caffeine. Caffeine only works to keep you alert or awake for 30 minutes but can disrupt sleep for 9 or 10 hours.
