Big enough at this stage. Lot of investment over the last few years and have the best facilities in the west (which wouldn’t be that hard). In years gone by they’d have one or two teams capable at national level but now it seems that’s the norm. At senior level they’re in the inaugral Eircom A League this season. Ohand they won the U-21 Eircom League the season before last which was an excellent achievement.
Anyone know what your man did on the website?

I saw mention of Mark Leech ex-Shels as being the player but that was just a rumour.

Leech got the abuse and stuck the fingers up. Lester is the famous webmong posting stuff at 4am, not happy times in Galway at all.

More crap at United. Lester’s been frozen out under Kenna so no surprise to see him going but Charles is a first team regular and O’Flynn and Foley are there or thereabouts.
Leeson is an absolute chancer and I’m sure his projections lacked the R in SMART at the very least.

Jesus bit of belt tightening at Galway alright, but I guess it’s better to do something about these things before they get badly out of control.
Just got a text from a Galway mate - 650 at their cup game against Waterford last night.
Latest is that there are supposedly rumours of Matt Jansen signing for them, which would be something of a surprise.
