El Clasico

Looked like it caught him unawares Larry but worth watching back I suppose.

Tremendous stuff now. Guardiola unperturbed.

Disappointing carry on from Pep there throwing the ball away.

FFS would they not lace into each other and throw away the handbags.

It takes a creative player to spot the intentions of another creative player. You being a lumbering centre half may see it as a lucky goal. I see it as genuis. You can comment on Paul McShane’s heading ability. I’ll stick to commenting on Xavi and Messi.

Terry clearly guessing there when he’s accusing the referee of guessing.

Sickening anti-Barcelona refereeing there, no doubt in my mind that it’s a Spanish FA conspiracy - they can’t take the humiliation that their beloved Real Madrid are enduring and will try anything to cheat us out of it.

Real need a Frank Lampard type to break into the box

De Jong-esque performance from Iniesta so far. He’s been that good.

Barca were on another level for most of that half; absolutely stunning football. Slight change from Madrid with Ronaldo moving to the right at the start and Di Maria charged with matching Dani Alves’ thrusts forward. But it didn’t matter because it was Barca’s complete domination of possession and the sheer quality of their passing and movement and complete control of the midfield that was the difference. Some of the passing movements have been sensational. Their workrate has been typically high too - they were repeatedly forcing Madrid to go back to Casillas and simply regaining possession when he was forced to lump it forward. Barca are basically firing on all cylinders and winning the individual battles around the park. Xavi and Iniesta have been awesome.

bandage doesnt like barca anymore because they got rid of his useless boyfriend ibra…

anyone got another working link

Correct. You’ve read post #23 on this thread, I see.

 Havent seen him win a tackle yet

madrid could do with him though. there is a yawning (not sure if this is the correct adjective) space in front of their back four. Khedira is a bit lost. Barca seem content to let real have the ball out wide as they have the numbers to cover in the middle. Havent seen much of Ozil either.

Khedira, Alonso and Oezil have been destroyed. Diarra on for Oezil.

Yeah the three of them have been completely outplayed. Alonso has been too deep for most of the game without pressing any of the Barca players dropping off the front. And the other pair were completely bypassed. The fact that Barca constantly got their full backs forward has kept Madrid’s own full backs occupid and Barca seem content to just take on 3v3 in the middle of the park, knowing they have the players and the system to cope with Real’s trio.
