Carsley’s tenure as INTERIM England manager has made me think he’s a fairly alright sort.
Quite similar in many ways to Mary Lou on Morning Ireland tho morning with her cry for help thst she’s not up leading any more.
Yer man Kaveh Solokov on Sky Sports News was suggesting England should have two coaches.
One like Lee Carsley to manage the Qualifying campaigns and Nations League while someone like Pep could come in every second summer for six weeks for Tournament Football. 
Someone like Arry for the tournaments and they’d do much better imo.

He is ideal really, he will take absolutely no notice of their supporters or media. I think he will build around Saka, Bellingham and Rice with Palmer and Foden maybe suffering. Kane could probably be in trouble as well as he will want a mobile Solanke/Watkins type up front. Could see having Grealish having a big renaissance down the left with ball retention being such a big issue for England.
