Italy 2021 broke their national team’s record of having always won a finals match in normal time in any tournament staged in England. The 1966 and 1996 teams each won one match from three. This Italian team failed to do so, winning 0 from 3 in 90 minutes.
Surely England won’t have any home fans at games for a long time?

Thank God we’re back to sensible sports again like rugby and test cricket. At least if it ends up in a draw like the soccer tonight, they’ll call it a draw like the British Lions tour of New Zealand in 2017.
