I managed to finish 21st worldwide in 2005/6. Was in the top 200 10 weeks into the following season. All downhill from there.

That was a great finish, I always felt that if you took it seriously you should have no problem finishing in the top 100k, when I did I finished inside 15k four years in a row including 800 one year,
Once I started playing fantasy NFL I lost interest while the two seasons crossed, still did enough to win my local money leagues

Yep the ‘chips’ ruined FPL as nearly everyone has the same 7 or 8 players and it’s a bit more random. The FPL Draft is a better game but never took off.

I played fantasy NFL for the first time this year and really enjoyed it. Even though I was only taking on random punters in an ESPN league the draft aspect made it more exciting. Waiting until MNF to see if JD McKissick can get 17.82 points to get you over the line against Dan from Arkansas’.
